By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions of Walid Josse Watches below. Therefore, we would ask you to take your time to read through the terms and conditions. Payment and security
All payments through Walid Josse Watches is handled by either Paypal or Stripe. You are free to choose any payment method you like. Orders within the European Union, EU, have VAT included in the price. Orders outside EU does not have VAT included and / or fees for import and / or customs.
Walid Josse Watches never handle any credit card information since all payments goes through external payment gateways by either Paypal or Stripe. For credit card payments, the payment is handled by Ayden with secure encryption to guarantee security. Your card details are sent directly to your bank through a secure connection and no other part except your bank can read or access the information. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Walid Josse Watches reserves the right to cancel your order.
When we’ve received your order we will send you an electronic confirmation and / or an invoice to your email. Therefore it’s important that you write your email address correctly to be able to receive the confirmation / invoice. The confirmation is also a receipt of your order, hence it’s good to save it for future contact about your order.
Our aim is to send your order within 24 hours upon verification. We normally use DHL for orders inside and outside of EU. Our carriers normal shipping time is three (3) business days but this may vary depending on the workload of the carrier and on the geographical location of the shipping destination. Destinations inside EU could arrive sooner, destinations outside EU could arrive later. Holidays and other circumstances may affect and prolong the shipping time.
All orders are trackable and you will receive your shipment tracking number to be able to follow your order. For questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the carrier company.
Damage during transport
Should your order be damaged upon delivery, you should notify us and the carrier company as soon as possible but within seven (7) days from delivery. When notifying us, we would like you to tell us the case number of the carrier company’s claim form, and describe to us the damage as well as possible. We would appreciate if you also sent us pictures of the damage. We will send a new product for you to replace the damage one. By contacting us, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title “Damage during transport” followed by your order number.
You have the right to return any product purchased on our website within 30 days from delivery. The product must not be damaged or used, in its original package and with any protective stickers and / or plastic labels still attached as delivered. The product needs to be in the same new condition as it was when delivered. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping of the returned products to Walid Josse Watches, hence products lost during returns are therefore not the responsibility of Walid Josse Watches. Please note that you may be subject to the shipping fees of the return of the product.
Once we have received the returned product and have verified that it’s unused and undamaged the return will be processed and a full refund of the product will be issued. The refund will be sent to the buyers credit card or to other way the purchase was made. Our air is to send the refund within two (2) weeks from the day we received the return product.
Warranty for our watches is one (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself: glass, case and clockwork. Note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of case, glass, strap or clasp or used batteries. The warranty does not cover damages on any part as a result of abnormal use, accidents, lack of care, negligence, incorrect use of the watch or unjustifiable repair or modification. The parts may be replaced with substitutes if original parts are unavailable.

The cookies keep track of your settings and makes your website experience more convenient by example remembering your settings and preferences and recognizing your device Cookies are also use to collect user data for analytical purposes and enable us to create the best shopping experience for you.
When placing an order we collect basic personal information you provide us. Some information collected by some cookies may be collected as well. This information is stored and is necessary for us to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer when needed. We won’t disclose collected information as such to third parties.
